Hello Friends,
This is a memorable year for Amy and I. This is our 20th consecutive year supporting Wheeler Mission's Drumstick Dash. A cold call to Kroger from former WM Chief Development Officer Steve Kerr began our journey of supporting the Drumstick Dash. Steve called Kroger in 2007 asking for bananas and bottled water and we've never stopped our support. Thankfully, nor has Kroger, which has been a major supporter for 20 years, too.
Amy and I have always been touched by homelessness. No one should have to spend a night in freezing cold or exhausting heat. On any given night, over 1,600 people in Indianapolis find themselves homeless -- our neighbors, children in our kids' schools, people we see every day in the community...And they need our help.
Will you join us in supporting a great cause? I'm proud to raise funds for Wheeler Mission through the Drumstick Dash, and your contribution will make an incredible impact.
Wheeler Mission helps men, women, and children facing homelessness, poverty, and addiction. As a non-denominational, Christian, social services organization, Wheeler provides shelter, meals, residential programs, addiction recovery, and other critical programs without regard to race, color, sexual orientation, creed, national origin, or religion. Founded in 1893, Wheeler is the oldest continuously operating ministry of its kind in Indiana. With nine locations throughout Indianapolis and Bloomington, it is the largest and most diverse ministry of its kind in the state.
Please help us raise critical funds to provide meals, shelter, and care for the men, women, and children who come to Wheeler for help. 100% of proceeds goes directly to Wheeler Mission!
Thank you for your support! Kevin and Amy
